About Us
Where are you located?
All of our products are made in the USA. Our offices are in Incline Village, Nevada.
How long has NutraPeak been in business?
NutraPeak was founded by Dr. Bruce Ames and Nathan Hamilton. Dr. Ames is a renowned scientist and Professor of Biochemistry at the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Hamilton has been an executive at a number of consumer and biotech companies before starting NutraPeak. He received his B.A in Physics from UC Berkeley and his MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business. Together, they have commercialized several notable supplements in the anti-aging category, helping millions support their health.
Where can I get more information about your products?
Each product page has detailed information pertaining to the rationale behind the formulation along with the research and clinical data which inspired its commercialization.

Where is my order?
Find the status of your order by contacting a member of our Customer Advocate team to quickly look up your order status, receive tracking information. We’re available Monday–Sunday, 8am–10pm ET at 1-800-588-3666. Or email our Customer Advocate team at contact@nutrapeak.com
How fast do orders ship out?
Online orders can take up to one business day to process and ship. Standard/Free shipping utilizes various origin carriers and delivery times average 3-5 days
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or no reason, you can return an item within 60 days of delivery. All refunds are in store credit or applied to the original method of payment (excluding shipping).
To initiate a return, you will need to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any products.
You can access the return portal in order to receive your RMA number by clicking here.
Any products returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. You may also contact a Customer Advocate at contact@nutrapeak.com, available Monday - Sunday 8:00AM to 10:00PM ET for additional assistance.
In order to assist you, we will need your name, email, order number, and the name of the product you would like to return.
Please note the following:
- The customer is required to pay for shipping the products back to the warehouse.
- Do not discard the product(s) before contacting us.
- Do not return items to our corporate address. Any items returned to our corporate office will not be refunded.
What happens if my product arrived faulty or damaged?
If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your order, please contact a Customer Advocate at contact@nutrapeak.com, available Monday - Sunday 8:00AM to 10:00PM ET. We will ask for photos to look into any product issues or damages so please have this ready.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest :)
I received a special offer in the mail I don’t see online, what do I do?
We run different promotions all through the year for our customers. If you have questions about any of our special offers, please contact a Customer Advocate and they’ll be happy to help!

We’ll ship your products to your door every 30 or 60 days and you can modify your subscription or cancel at any time. By subscribing to NutraPeak, you’ll receive discounted pricing and free shipping.

If you’re on the fence and want to give the product a try, then the one-time purchase option is for you. You'll get a one-time delivery of whatever offer you choose.

Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! We offer free shipping on all one-time and subscription orders in the USA of $75 or more. For orders going to Canada, free shipping is only provided on subscription orders.

How do I manage my subscriptions?
For orders placed on our online store, you can manage your subscriptions by logging in to your account. You can login to your account from our online store or by clicking the link on your order confirmation email.
For orders placed by phone, please contact a Customer Advocate to help you manage your subscriptions.

Rewards
How to apply a discount reward code to your active subscription!
Step 1: Go to nutrapeak.com and click on the icon of the person on the top right-hand side to log in to your account.
Step 2: Click on Access Your Loyalty Points on the bottom left-hand side
Step 3: Select any reward that says $OFF NEXT SUBSCRIPTION ORDER and select REDEEM
Step 4: Make sure to Copy or write down the code exactly as it appears and click on GO TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PORTAL
Step 5: Click on ADD DISCOUNT and paste or enter the code you copied on the last screen and select APPLY DISCOUNT CODE
Congratulations, your reward should be applied on your next order automatically!

How to redeem a reward on your order at checkout.
Step 1: Make sure you are logged in to your NutraPeak account. You can access the log in section.
Step 2: Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart
Step 3: At the checkout screen make sure to click on the Redeem button:
This will generate the discount (Codes redeemed will start with 'LL') and apply it for you as seen below!
